Earned Leaves in Summer

వేసవికాలంలో యేయే సెలవులు వర్తిస్తాయి

📌 ఏ ఏ  సందర్భాలల్లో  సంపాదిత సెలవులు (ELs) ప్రిజర్వ్ చెయ్యాలి అనే అంశాలతో సంచాలకులు పాఠశాలవిద్యాశాఖ ఉత్తర్వులు Rc.No.03/plg-1/2020 తేది: 21.1.2020 విడుదల చేశారు.

📌 జనాభా లెక్కల డ్యూటీ చేస్తే రెమ్యూనరేషన్ తో పాటు సంపాదిత సెలవులు(ELs) ఇస్తారు. కానీ వేసవిలో పదవ తరగతి  స్పాట్ వాల్యువేషన్ కి రెమ్యునరేషన్ మాత్రమే ఇస్తారు సంపాదిత సెలవులు (ELs) ఇవ్వరు.

📌 వెకేషన్ పరిధిలోకి వచ్చే పాఠశాలల్లో పనిచేసే  బోధన / బోధనేతర సిబ్బందికి సంవత్సరానికి 6 సంపాదిత సెలవులు ( జనవరి 1 న 3,జులై 1 న మరో 3 సంపాదిత సెలవులను G.O.Ms.No.317 తేది: 15.9.1994 ద్వారా లీవ్ అకౌంట్ లో జమచేస్తారు.

📌 వేసవిలో 10వ తరగతి పరీక్షా విధులు నిర్వర్తించే ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు మరియు ఆ పాఠశాలో పనిచేసే జూనియర్ అసిస్టెంట్/రికార్డు అసిస్టెంట్ ఆఫీస్ సబార్డినేట్ కు సంపాదిత సెలవులు మంజూరు చేయాలి.

📌 ఒకవేళ ఆ పాఠశాలలో జూనియర్ అసిస్టెంట్/రికార్డు అసిస్టెంట్ పోస్టు మంజూరు లేనట్లయితే సీనియర్ టీచర్ కు సంపాదిత సెలవులు మంజూరుచేయాలి. ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లోనూ ELs ప్రిజర్వేషన్ ముగ్గురికి మించకూడదు.

📌 ఫండమెంటల్ రూల్ 82 లోని సబ్ రూల్ 15 ప్రకారం వేసవిలో విధులు నిర్వహించి రెమ్యూనరేషన్ తీసుకున్నట్లయితే సదరు టీచింగ్/నాన్ టీచింగ్ స్టాఫ్ కు ELs మంజూరు చేయబడవు. అయితే  ఎన్నికల విధులు,జనాభా గణన,ఓటరు జాబితాల తయారీ/రివిజన్ విధులు నిర్వహించి రెమ్యూనరేషన్ పొందినను G.O.Ms.No.35 Edn తేది: 16.1.1981 మరియు G.O.Ms.No.355 GAD తేది: 19.5.1995 ప్రకారం రెమ్యునరేషన్ గా పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోకుండా సంపాదిత సెలవులు మంజూరు చేస్తారు.

📌 వేసవిలో 10వ తరగతి మూల్యాంకన (Spot) విధులు,ఇతరత్రా పరీక్ష విధులు నిర్వర్తించి TA&DA, రెమ్యునరేషన్ పొందిన సందర్భంలో సంపాదిత సెలవులు(ELs)మంజూరు చేయబడవు.

📌 వేసవిలో పనిచేసిన కాలానికి G.O.Ms.No.114 Fin తేది:28.4.2005 ప్రకారం దామాషా పద్దతిలో (Prapoetinate) సంపాదిత సెలవులు మంజూరు చేస్తారు. 6 రోజుల సంపాదిత సెలవులు కలుపుకుని ELs 30 రోజులకు మించకూడదు.

What holidays apply in the summer:

📌School Directives Rc.No.03 / plg-1/2020 Issuing Requests to Preserve Earned Holidays (ELs) under Any Occasion

📌Earned Holidays (ELs) are given along with remuneration if census duty. But remuneration is only given to tenth-class spot valuation in the summer, not the Earned Holidays (ELs).

📌6 earned holidays per year for teaching / non-teaching staff working in vacation-covered schools (3 on January 1 and 3 on July 1 ) as per G.O.Ms.No.317

📌Principals performing 10th grade examinations during the summer and junior assistant / record assistant office subordinate working in the school should be granted earned leave.

📌In the absence of the post of junior assistant / record assistant in the school, the senior teacher should be granted leave. Under no circumstances should the ELs Preservation exceed three.

📌EL Sub-Rule 15 of Fundamental Rule 82 does not grant ELs to Teaching / Non-Teaching Staff if they undertake remediation during the summer. However, the remediation of electoral functions, census and voter lists preparation / revision functions is granted by GOMs.No.35 Edn Date: 16.1.1981 and GOMs.No.355 GAD Date: 19.5.1995. .

📌Earned Holidays (ELs) are not granted in the event of TA&DA, Remuneration for performing 10th Class Evaluation and other Examination functions during the summer.

📌G.O.Ms.No.114 Fin granted for work during the summer. ELs must not exceed 30 days, including 6 days of earned holidays.
