(About LEIN Details)

🔻 లీను (L E I N):  అంటే ఏమిటి

➤ పర్మినెంట్ పోస్టులో నియామకం పొందిన ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగికి ఆ ఉద్యోగంపై ధారణాధికారం ఉంటుంది. ఆ ధారణాధికారంతో క్రమశిక్షణా చర్యల పర్యవసానంగా ఉద్యోగం నుండి తొలగింపు, భర్తరఫ్,నిర్బంధ పదవీ విరమణ వంటి శిక్షలు విధించినపుడు తప్ప ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులు పదవీ విరమణ వయస్సుకు చేరేవరకు ఆ ఉద్యోగంలో కొనసాగే హక్కు ఉంటుంది.ఈ హక్కునే FR-9(13) లో లీన్ గా నిర్వచించడం జరిగింది.

➤ లీనుకు సంబంధిoచిన విషయాలను కూలంకశంగా FR-13, 14A, 14B మరియు ప్రభుత్వ ఉత్తర్వు నెం.144 F&P తేది:19-05-2009 ద్వారా వివరించడం జరిగింది.

➤ మాతృశాఖకు తిరిగి వెళ్ళడానికి కల్పించిన  గడువు లీన్ రద్దు అయ్యేంత వరకు ఉద్యోగి తనకు ఖాయమైన ఉద్యోగంలో కొనసాగుతాడు FR-13

 సస్పెన్షన్  కాలంలో కూడా లీన్ కలిగి ఉంటారు.

శాశ్వత పదవి కలిగి,నియామక కాలపరిమితి గల పదవికి నియమించినపుడు లీన్ కలిగియుంటారు.

 ➦FR-14b

విదేశాలకు బదులు పద్దతిపై వెళ్ళినా లేక ఫారిన్ సర్వీస్ పై వెళ్ళినా అట్టి ఉద్యోగి 3 సం॥ వరకు తిరిగిరాడని ప్రభుత్వం భావించిన పక్షంలో,అట్టి ఉద్యోగి లీన్ రద్దుపరచవచ్చు.

వేరే పోస్టులకు ఎన్నికైన ఉద్యోగి తన పదవికి రాజీనామా సమర్పించి విముక్తి కాబడిన తేది నుంచి,అదేవిధంగా ఒక శాఖ నుంచి మరొక శాఖకు తన కోరిక మేరకు గాని లేక ఇతరత్రా గాని బదిలీ అయిన సందర్భాలలో సంబంధిత ఉత్తర్వులలో లీను రద్దు అవుతుంది.కొత్త పదవిలో తాత్కాలిక లీను అతనికి ఆటోమేటిక్ గా కలుగుతుంది.

➤ ఉద్యోగికి లీన్ హక్కు తాను నిర్వహించే ఉద్యోగం పైననే ఉంటుంది.కాని పనిచేసే స్థానం పై ఉండదు.లీన్ సస్పెన్షన్ అమలులో ఉన్న కాలంలో ఆ పోస్టులోని ప్రయోజనాలు లభించవు.

➤ ఉద్యోగి వ్రాతపూర్వకంగా కోరినచో మాత్రమే తన లీన్ టర్మినేట్ చేయవచ్చును.A.S

🔻 లీన్ బదిలీ:

FR-14 మరియు FR-15 లు ఒరిజినల్ పోస్టులోని లీన్ రద్దుపరచి ఇతర సర్వీసు లేక శాఖలోని కొత్త పోస్టులో లీన్ కల్పించుట ద్వారా లీన్ బదిలీకి అవకాశమిస్తున్నవి.

🔻 వేతనం, సీనియారిటీ

🔻 ప్రమోషన్,పెన్షన్:

ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులు తమ లీన్ కొనసాగుతున్నoత వరకు లేదా లీన్ పునరుద్ధరింపబడిన తరువాత వారు మాతృశాఖలోనే,కొనసాగి ఉన్నచో లభించి ఉండే వేతనం సీనియారిటీ మరియు ప్రమోషన్ మొదలైన ప్రయోజనాలు పొందుటకు అర్హులై ఉంటారు.లీన్ హక్కు టర్మినేషన్ లో ఆ పోస్టులోని ప్రయోజనాలు కోల్పోతారు.కాని లీన్ తో ప్రమేయం లేకుండా పెన్షన్ అర్హత గల ఉద్యోగంలో పనిచేసిన వారికి పెన్షనరీ ప్రయోజనాలు లభిస్తాయి. అనగా లీన్ హక్కులేని తాత్కాలిక, ఎమర్జెన్సీ ఉద్యోగికి కూడా పెన్షనరీ ప్రయోజనాలు సిద్దిస్తాయి.

🔻 Leanu (L E I N): What is it ?

➤ The government employee who has been appointed to the post of Permanent shall have jurisdiction over that job. Government employees have the right to remain in employment until the retirement age, except when dismissed, husbands, and compulsory retirements are terminated as a consequence of disciplinary action with that authority. This right is defined in FR-9 (13)

➤ Lean matters were fully explained by FR-13, 14A, 14B and Government Order No. 144 F&P Date: 19-05-2009.

➤ Employee stays in his / her precious job until the deadline to return to parent home is canceled FR-13

 They also have lean during the suspension period.

➦FR-13a

Have a permanent position and lean when appointed to a post of appointment.

➦FR-14b

Employee 3 to go overseas or foreign service instead of overseas If the government does not expect to return, then the employee can terminate the lean.

➦FR-14 (9)

In the event of an employee being elected to another post resigning from his post and being discharged, as well as in case of transfer from one branch to another, Lee will be terminated in the relevant orders.

➤The employee's lean right rests on the job he manages, not on his work position.The benefits of that post are not available during the time the lean suspension is in effect.

➤Employee can terminate his lean only if requested in writing.

🔻 Lean Transfer:

FR-14 and FR-15 are lean cancellations in the original post and can be transferred to the new post in the other service or department.

🔻 Remuneration, seniority

🔻 Promotion, Pension:

Government employees are eligible to receive benefits such as seniority and promotion as long as they continue in their lease or after the lean is renewed. . This means that pensioner benefits are available to a temporary, emergency employee who is not a Lean right.
